Would all job categories be accepted?
Which province will be easiest to apply to in terms of requirements and time.
I only have relatives in BC and Quebec

Thats a pretty broad question. What type of work do you do? Are you currently in Canada? Relatives is a non-issue here. I'm from BC so check out this link

go to the CIC site and look for PNPs -- each province has a different requirement to qualify

Hi, I need to know if i can qualify for 1232(Credit analyst/collector) in the provincial program for Alberta or any other province? Recently, in Feb 2011. The lady interview off icer has refused my application for PR in Canada. I have worked in Canada for collection agency for three years full time. However the off icer wasn't satisfied. I need some help here. I have a Canadian borned child(6yrs). Can someone help i have spent lots of time money and efforts since 2000.
