Looking at 2010 Immigration figure, I feel it may get restricted after this change

Yes Ankit i agree with you.  They want more younger people, but forgetting that it  is not easy for the young graduates to accumulate the funds and the experience, they have mentioned. With the recession it is not easy to save money. That is why many eople have problems with proof of funds.

For real it will be strict.
