I purchased a plot a year ago of amount around $15,000/- canadian dolloars.
Do I need to provide property valuations along with property documents and purchase receipt?
I have contacted different valuation companies. First of all every one charges a good fee. Secondly they try to show somewhat lower as compared to real one. Thirdly this process will take some time and there will be variations in property valuation.

Will original property document, purchase receipt, purchase deed will be enough? or valuations are must

Hello,

My experience here is that VO requires an evaluation to ensure a real reflection of the value of the propert at time of applying AND immigrating. Though i've seen people submitting evaluations for properties only once for higher values, I.e values that are much higher than required as POF. in cases, where valuation is near the required POF, VONmight ask another valuation before visa stamping.

Cheers!

Well. I'm not aware of such approved vaulting agents. I know people who used typical real estate companies, however these firms are either international or big real estate brokers and consultants.

Cheers

Notray Public can do it in your area. Notary in your area knows how much the price of properties in your area.
