I got my PR stamped around April this year and I am planning to land next weekend. My brother is going to submit his full FSW application docs to ND by this month end. What documents should I provide to him? I know I needs to give him COPR. I am also planning to open a account and provide him bank statement. Do I need get anything done before I leave Canada? I am planning to return back to US after landing.

You have to provide him your PR card copy, signed Landing document copy, Passport plus visa copy, and any utility bill or driving licence, Any job letter and pay slip if possible.
As you are planning now, so means that you neither have PR card nor signed landing documents, so wait till you get these things and then send him all these things so that he can apply and get points on relative in Canada basis.
