does anybody know what are the requirement and documents involve to proof of relationship in canada.

Note: I have 2 uncles and one aunty who are living there for almost 40 years.

You need to provide two types of proof
One relationship other their residency

Proof of relationship can be
Common Grandfather name. In their passport their father's name and then in your PP your parent's name and your parents papers/passport containing their father's name

Proof of residency
Bank statement, Tax returns, lease or house papers

Buddy thanks very very much for sharing such crucial information. i understood what you mean. +1 for you.

i have only one doubt in my mind. i am going to send photocopy of all the following documents but not notarised copies. is that ok. i am going to send following documents to prove my brother is living in canada.

(1) his original birth certificate with english translation

(2) photocopy of his permanent resident card

(3) photocopy of proof of landing

(4) photocopy of current bank statement

(5) photocopy of recent utility bill

(6) photocopy of tax statement

(7) photocopy of tenancey agreement

(  photocopy of letter from employer
