dear seniors,
I claimed 5 points in my initial application as my uncle is living in Canada. Now I have to send all necessary documents to the visa office along with relationship describing letter written by my uncle.

What is the format to write that letter? Will it be any statutory declaration or any simple letter written by my uncle only describing that I am his nephew. I don't have any format and don't know the procedure.

What necessary documents does my uncle has to provide to me to prove the relationship.

As visa office the instruction is as following:

PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP IN CANADA (IF APPLICABLE)
• Proof of relationship to your close relative in Canada, such as birth, marriage or
adoption certificates.
• If your close relative is a permanent resident of Canada: photocopy of his or
her Record of Landing (IMM 1000), Confirmation of Permanent Residence or
Permanent Resident Card.
• If your close relative is a Canadian citizen: proof of Canadian citizenship, such
as a photocopy of pages of a Canadian passport or Canadian citizenship card

Plz seniors do a favour to me.

yes  then u  have  to  submit  ur  fathers  passport  photocopy also where there  is  parents  name  which must b same as ur  relatives  parents  name
and  write a cover letter  if  u  dont  have birth certificate and  explain everything
u have  all the information in  ur passport then why  u  have to  submit ur  birth certificate??so birth certificate  got special importance for them,

so try to submit  birth certif  if possible,if  u cant  u have to  explain

Proof of Relatives in Canada

WHO ARE THE ACCEPTABLE RELATIVES?

Proof of relationship showing u, or your accompanying spouse/common-law partner has a close relative who lives in Canada and is a Canadian Citizen or PR. This close relative can be:
• parent, grandparent,
• child, grandchild,
• brother, sister,
• aunt, uncle, or
• niece, nephew.

PROOF OF "RELATIONSHIP" IN CANADA:
But, now u must show the 'proof of relative' if u want to survive on this stage. This 'Proof' is required in Three (3) Steps. Here's how u go about it:

1. BASIC EVIDENCE OF RELATIONSHIP:
Proof of relationship to your close relative in Canada can be evident by docs, such as (A)birth, (B)marriage or (C)adoption certificates. For eg, to prove that your relative in Canada is your paternal aunt, it would be necessary to submit copies of birth certificates for her and for your father showing they have at least one common parent.

2. WHAT DOCUMENTS NEEDED AS PROOF?
• If s/he is a PR: provide a copy of Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or CPR [COPR] or PR Card.
• If s/he is a Citizen: provide Citizenship proof, such as a copy of Canadian passport or Citizenship card.

3. HOW TO PROVE RELATIVE IS 'CURRENTLY INSIDE' CANADA?
Provide evidence to show that your relative is currently residing inside Canada. This may include copies of:
• Lease agreements [Rental Contracts],
• A current Notice of Assessment from Revenue Canada,
• An Employer's Letter confirming employment,
• Monthly Utility Bills [Telephone, Mobile, Cable, Gas etc.].

Note: The evidence should show the relative's "name" and "full address" in Canada.

Ps: U can show the High School Certificate in lieu of Birth Certificate [usually the 10th Grade Certificate].

Will the immigration officer accept this and will not reject my application due to incomplete information or he will ask me when reviewing the application to submit the proof document now?

You can't apply until he is "landed" then you will have to wait until he receives his PR card.  Then you will have to get the proof of residency.
