You have to take a written exam called IELTS.

Hi Geofrey,

It is better to stick to a thread rather than creating many threads on the forum.I can see you have posted on the Naija thread why don't you wait for response.

You need a lot of info on this project and it is better to belong to a group ,that is what others are doing.Anyways best of luck but be careful and patient.

If you are serious about filing the damn form then you should find time and read the the damn Manual E37....

No IELTS = No Processing of application.
