If I provide 3 months statements my first statement will show 5,702.00 GBP = 10,295.98 CAD (xe.com)

Thats $500 less than needed. This will be rectified by the 2nd statement do you think this would be an issue?

read instructions..
the money has to be "unencumbered, transferable and available funds that you have.". This may mean money in bank. May not mean car title...

Did you send full documents to your local office?
When you send the full documents you need to send the statements..

No just entered a figure on the initial application to CIO

Ive transferred in some additional funds now so my 3 months statements will show the just above minimum on the 1st statement. 2nd and 3rd statements will be above minimum. Hopefully that will be enough for them :D

Then you should be good. (YOu should still get AOR from Sydney)
When you send the full document you need to ensure you have proof of fund correct.

It is the closing balance of the last month statement that matters. You need not maintain the whole amount for three months. If you are too bothered about it, just do a request to your bank to give you a reprint statement covering the whole three month range. You only submit one statement covering the whole period.
