Hai friends........I have to submit proof of settlement funds in cic new delhi.  My  fixed deposits in wife's account and my account. She is also the part of my application. Can i show her account also for proof of funds? Please share your views.......

Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

Same problem Can I show my wife's FD as a Proof for settlement.

If  the Above is correct then I should be able to use a joint account that I have with my wife? I should have to be sole owner of the account right ?

In a business account application I heard that primary applicant was asked by CIC to show proof of fund only for the primary applicant, and joint account statement was not acceptted.

Arsn,

For the Business class I'm not aware of, however for FSW we can safely show a joint a/c or any a/c in the name of any or more of the accompanying members.
