Proof of funds

We are planning to leave for Canada in three weeks. Don't  want  to take money in cash.
Will bank account from our bank in Azerbaijan (which I sent to embassy) suit them to show on the border in Canada?
Want to take notification of funds  10 days before from our bank and transfer all money to my brother  living in Canada, since I don't have bank account in Canada, never been before.
Do I need any letter from  my brother and will immigration officers accept that
