I have 3 concerns
1.
With regards to the POF during landing, is it acceptable if the POF in the form of bank account is in my spouse' name.
As I am the Principal applicant, is it necessary that the POF should be in my name ?
2.
What is the criteria of POF if it is in the form of Bank account?
I have a local citibank account.I can withdraw from citibank ATM's in Canada.
So I think this is acceptable as POF during the landing process.
Am I correct ?

I have been asked for passports by CIC.
Even then the "application status" on CIC website says in process.
As per their explanation it should have been "decision made"
Am I correct ?

Am I correct ? No, Status changes to "Decision Made" only after the Visa is stamped on your passport, sometime even after you land.

With regards to POF, you can take any combination of cash, bank draft or bank statement.

If it's in your wife's name, like Max_lee said, she has to be present with you when you land...

they will see ur recent bank statements the day before u leave ur country get a bank statements a day before or on a same day if ur fight is in night.

I have never heard of this one..04el82 can you please explain about this..Because when u hv to land i am not sure are we supposed to carry bank statements..
