Proof of funds for Alberta H1B-Nominee program

Hi guys,
Is it required to show proof of funds for alberta provincial nominee program when you are submitting your application in buffalo consulate. Is any one has clear idea about it. Since in buffalo consulate instruction they asked to follow 'P' section for provincial nominees cheklist, in that there is no box for proof of funds. So please give information if any body applied already

Proof of funds are only required at time of landing.
