Dear All,

Could any one of the people here let me know if there is a requirement of average balance for proof of funds?

e.g. If we need to show 15,000 CAD, can we show that in ending balance of 3 months bank statement or for whole 3 months the amount should NOT be less than that threshold?
 
Suppose the bank statement of 1st Oct - 31st Dec shows balance of 5,000 CAD on 1st Oct and on 31st Dec it is 15,000 CAD.. would that be ok?

Any responses would be highly appreciated mates.

  i don't think so. i think u have to have 15000 CAD for three months......

Please share your experience.
Is there any one on this forum who got through POF, just having the required amount only at the end of the period ?

it's totally fine but u have to maintain the balance till u get ur visa.

need to maintain avarage balance as mentioned in your application... because just before isuuing visa , it is confirmed again

remeber they can ask for an updated statement any time they want. so it's better to be ready than ignorant.

Totbatot ,
It does not matter as long as you have the required amount of funds in your account.
You can even submit a Bank certificate which just shows your balance across all your accounts with the bank (Recurring Deposits, Fixed Deposits and savings) as on date.
This should suffice.
In addition they can ask you to re submit the proof any time till the time your passports are stamped.
