Proof of funds at time of landing

question to all folks who landed,

 
 In what form did you carry proof of funds ? I will be landing from the US
so would it be ok if I carry my Us bank account statement ?

i had mine in cash and cashier's check. others say you bring cash/cashier's check/money order/TC and some in the bank statement.
when i landed though, they just asked me how much i'm carrying and didn't even check the cash and cashier's check
