Hi! one of my friend's parents are applying for permanent resident visa.She is physically handicapped and dependent on her parents. What proof does she have to give to the visa office?Huh does she have to give her medical certificate??? Also though she is handicapped she still have a government job. So is she still dependent?Huh

They need legal advice.  There could be medical inadmissibility issues aside from proving dependency.
