Proof of Close Ties

Hi, Guys. Happy New Year to all. I know that we are planning evertyhing for this new year and I hope that we wll have a better situation for 2009.

I have applied under FSW but unfortunately I am not listed among the 38 occupational list. I am instead planning to come to Canada to take practical nursing studies to gain new skill. Here are my problems -

1. How can I prove strong ties with my home country since I have already applied under FSW and currently I am working here in Dubai?
2. Will I have problem with CIC since the studies is totally unrelated to my profession as I am working in the legal field right now and in addition, I am already 31 years old?

Your valuable insights will be appreciated. I am planning to apply by September 2009 for the student visa.
