Hi,

I have a prospective employer that is willing to put me on their pre-approval of foreign workers to fill bricklayer job, but i do not have formal certification that i am in fact a bricklayer, and i have been bricklayer for 4 years, i can't get a letter from my previous employer stating that i was bricklayer because i have left the job. there is no problem with the Employer,
is there a problem when processing work permit and work visa ?
what can i do now ?

Just my opinion, get the offer letter from the potential employer in Canada (with labor market opinion). Then apply for work permit. As long as you have the job offer, I guess the Canadian embassy in your country will not create any problem.

Thanks.
