Dear All

I wish all of you a happy new year

This is what I get form the migration officer

(Please note that the information that you have provided in support of your proficiency in English is inconclusive and does not prove that you have the proficiency levels stated by you. Consequently, I am unable to award you points for your abilities in English on the basis of the statement made by you on your application.

Therefore, I am giving you the opportunity to:
1- submit results of a language test from an approved organization or
2-submit evidence of your registration to the nearest available approved language test or

3-submit additional evidence not already submitted in support of your abilities in order to enable me to assess your abilities in English. )

I have an IBT TOEFL score with 74 total 15 writing 24 speaking 18 reading 17 listening.

and I published an academic article with  Penn State International Law Review /Fall 2010 V. 29, P335. Pennsylvania, USA.

What do you think will that work for them or I must take the ILETS test ??

Please help me Thank you all for your kind help.

I recommend you register for the IELTS as soon as possible.  For CIC, the TOEFL exam is not an "approved" exam, and a published article could have easily been edited by someone else.

Just do it - they are very strict right now on this point...
