My friend from Spain has been a small business owner for the last 3 years and is hoping to immigrate to Quebec on the skilled worker program. Is her experience as a store manager and owner eligible to be considered "professional experience" for the purposes of the application?

Thank you for that quick response  Smiley My apologies for not including that she did take the evaluation and it said that she was eligible, but that was assuming all of her experience self-employed was considered "professional experience". Having just closed her business from the awful economical situation there, she is very tight on funds and I just want to make sure she doesn't end up wasting $400 on the application if they turn it down because of that.
