Processing Timelines London vs Islamabad - 2011

Hi All

I am in the process of applying for Canadian Immigration under the Federal Skill Worker. On the Candian Immigration website it is mentioned that from 2008 to 2010 London office takes 13 months while Islamabad office takes 12 month to process the application.

Are these timelines also valid for 2011?

Should I expect (if every thing goes well) my application is proceed from 12-14 months.
