Processing time-How much longer for Quebec?

Hi everyone,

Got a quick question about processing time. We are applying for a spouse sponsorship from the UK (average 2-8 months on the CIC website) but are intending to move into the province of Quebec. How much longer does it take in average?

We just want to send our application at the right time; not too early but not too late for my husband's medical to still be valid before we (hopefully) emmigrate in Sept 2010 as the cost for the medical in the UK is extortionate!

Add 3-4 weeks for processing of CSQ and add some time for receipt by mail.
