processing time - work permit - newyork office

hi, i had submitted my work permit application at the new york consulate on last week of july in person. canadainternational . gc . ca / new_york / imm / general_info-rens_generaux . aspx ? lang = eng says that "Applicants who choose to drop off their applications in person will be given a document asking them to come back in 10 business days." However they did not tell me to come back in 10 business days but instead told me that I will be contacted by email as to when to collect passport.

Can any one help me to find out by when should i expect email?

I have 3 links with 3 different processing times:
canadainternational . gc . ca / new_york/imm/general_info-rens_generaux.aspx?lang=eng (10 business days and min 30 days)

canadainternational . gc . ca/new_york/visas/processing-traitement.aspx (upto 30 days)

cic . gc .ca /english/information/times/temp/workers.asp (2 months).

Any one applied recently and got email back to collect passport? Thanks in advance for your help.

My causion sister lives in Canada. if my wife apply for the skilled worker class, does my wife get point from my causion sister as relatives in canada? or Causion sister is not included in the relatives for this immigration purpose? looking your reply as soon as possible.
