Hello, CIC had updated the data for this quarter.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp#asia

For Pre June cases, New Delhi, the previous quarter the processing time was 16 months.

for Q ending Jan 23rd, its increased to 18 months.

This year end, it would have increased to 24 mths. So, the emails suggesting that some pre june will not be processed in 2012, could be true.

Lets wait and watch

I am sorry. I hope I can be clarified on this.

I am an April 2010 applicant from Manila, Philippines. I submitted all forms and supporting documents in September 2010.  Should I count the supposed 18 months (as stated in the site) processing time from my submission in September 2010 or April 2010?

It says that the counting is based from the submission of complete application package. A complete application package depends on the category you are applying under or when you submitted the forms you need to fill out, and the instruction guide.  I supposed I should count it from September 2010, right?  Cheesy Grin Grin Cheesy

Whoa, 18 months from September 2010 is March 2012.  Yipeee!  I hope the visas arrive in March!  (trying to be hopeful, lol)  Grin Grin Grin

True, if it remains fixed at 18 months during the next quarter, then you could see some processing in March. But past 3 quarters, the processing time has been increasing by 2 months for each Q. I think 2 years from date of 2nd AOR, holds good for applicants like us. Expect some movement around August-Sep !

oh, I sure hope so! Our medicals were done last Sept, 2011. That means they will expire in Sept, 2012.  Smiley
