Dear Friends.I need your opinions and suggestions on delay in processing time.In January,i subscribed to this.............

Please, how do i log on to E-case.Our complete document was sent to Accra visa office in September 2010 via our agent.Though Visa Office has acknowledged receipt of our document, but till date,no response from them not even a file number. Please what do we do.Your meaningful and prompt responses are welcome.

I received assuring responses from friends on this forum which  sustained me to this day .But till this day,no response from Accra Visa Office. Please what is the next most appropriate thing to do, cause anxiety and frustration is beginning to settle down.Rapid Response from my experience Friends plssssssssssssss.

Hi babymart,

This wait is indeed painful and stressful. Just continue doing whatever you are doing in your daily life.....I know it is "easier said than done", but you can really do nothing but to WAIT with patience...some more months.

Are you part of the thread which is solely dedicated to post June Applicants? There are plenty of very good people who share their pains and joys to reduce stress and update each other. I think some September applicants are getting some response...you are not too far away.

We have contacted the agent last week to find out y d delay. He expressed surprise as to d delay too.He advice that we mail Accra Visa Office to find out why d delay,Quoting..Date of birth,Name etc attaching the remaining documents,(my transcript and my hubby"s IELTS).Is it safe and wise to do so.Responses pleaseeeee.

I have Accra as my VO too, and I must say I am quite disappointed at its slow pace of processing application! It seems to be among the slowest if not the slowest VO. I think a case specific enquiry like your agent suggested should at least give you some idea. I won't count on getting specific info as they tend to send standard response. It is worth a try though..follow the link:

Thanks Omo Naija for pointing out the questions. From the initial post I assumed that babymart is a Post June applicant, which she is not. Thus, the reasons for the delay in processing will be entirely different than a Post June applicant.

Babymart, since you are pre June applicant, unfortunately, the processing of applications at almost all the VO's have taken a back seat since the NOC eligible at that time is no more in demand.

Yes, you should mail Accra VO as suggested by your agent. Have you received 2nd AOR from your VO yet? You should be able to check your Ecas status with the Client Identification number which is written on the 2nd AOR. You can also call CIC to get the Identification number.

Since, your application is now with VO, I would suggest you to go for CAIPS notes; it will give you an idea regarding the status of your application and will also tell you if your application requires any docs or reasons why it is not progressing. Mind you, most pre June applicants have been told to wait for a minimum of 2 years. Sorry to inform you about that.

@ Omo Naija.....please add your comments for babymart.

Hi Babymart,

The delay for pre June applicants is not only with your visa office , it's all around.I don't know who's the principal applicant but if you are the principal applicant then you don't need to submit IELtS for your hubby.

Also Visa office gives you time for 120 days to submit the documents and submitting the documents so late , it's upto the visa office to accept it or not depends on which stage your application is .
