I am not quiet understanding the processing time so can senior members assist me please. I applied in September 2007  from Jamaica. The processing time is 53 months now. I submitted my new application along with my documents in April 2009. So when will i be receiving my medical. How does the calculation goes.

Any information is greatly accepted.

My understanding of the processing time is that the times shown represent how long the visa office took to process a paticular date of application. I came Up with this theory because each time I reach the said processing time it changes, so its a moving target that makes no sense to any particular case.I can be wrong but that's what I observe
