For sponsorship applications for dependent child, CIC web site is reflecting the updated status as of July 27, 2009. The applications that were received by CPC Mississauga by June 25, 2009 were processed by July 27, 2009. The processing time stated by CPC is 43 days. Please let me know whether the processing time of 43 days will start from June 25, 2009 (when application was received) or July 27, 2009 (when applications are processed.

Then date it is received at the overseas office for their processing.
