Processing time of visa process via Delhi high commission for live in-care giver

Hi Everybody,
I had posted some message regarding live in-care givers. Finally I had found an employer and agency but I have one problem. My nearest embassy to apply visa is Delhi high commission, when I asked about exact processing time after LMO to get visa they suggest me about 28 months. Their websitehttp://geo.international.gc.ca/asia/new-delhi/site/servstantemp-en.aspx also shows that it will take to process 28 months.
They had also informed me that the LMO will only validity for 1 years, if the process will take 28th months how will be possible to get visa if the processing time will be 28th Months.
I'm so shuck, please anybody can help and suggest me what is the truth and exact rules of live in care givers via Delhi high commission.
I will appreciate any help and suggestion.
