Processing time for WP extension

I am a newbie with bad english
I have got few questions
1. WP extension Processing time currently ?
2. Is LMO require even for WP extension ? and WP extension also involved all the steps like one has while applying for fresh WP
3. What is diff b/w Open and closed WP ?

I am a newbie with bad english That's okay....no one is perfect; "If there is a WILL, then there is a WAY" I am sure with the passage of time and with your efforts to improve, you will succeed.

3. What is diff b/w Open and closed WP ?OPEN WP allows you to work for any Employer, whereas CLOSED WP is restricted to one Employer and place and also for a limited period
