Does anyone know what the current wait times are for visitor visas (temporary residence visa) at the Moscow office are?

There seems to be a bit of a discrepancy between the information on the Embassy's website and the general CIC website. It says from 4 to 10 business days on the Embassy's website but on the other main site it says the processing time is 28 days.

Has anyone applied at Moscow recently or know anyone who has applied? What are the wait times generally speaking?

Any help appreciated.

don't know if you still need this information -  but we waited for about a month back in september.
