processing time for TRV visa with invitation

i applied for TRV visa on receiving invitation from Canada to attend a special event of human rights. my event is fixed for 27th of July but i am fear of delay in visa from Pakistan. If i did not received result before 25th July i will not be able to attend this event. let me know friends, will Canadian High Commission process my application, keeping in view my invitation before fixed date event.

Processing times for temporary resident visa applications processed by visa offices outside Canada.
