hi

just want to ask how long will it take to receive a file number?  the complete docs were sent to the CIO in Sydney, Canada last Sept. 27, 2010 but haven't received any update as of now.  hope somebody would know about this.

what happen to the BD if the application does not qualify for further processing? will it be return or not anymore?
