hey ipah here are steps to ordering caips notes...is u apply this way u would pay $5.00 but i ordered through online and i paid $40.00 and it was very easy for me this way and i have just asked my husband to sign the consent form and scan and send it to that company but its up to u wheather u want to spend $40.00 the site is

Tick "CAIPS" under "REQUEST FOR"
Write Name of Embassy with Name of Visa Office in brackets by the side of the above line. Eg. Canadian High Commission (New Delhi)
Visa file number: Applicant's file number by the side of the above.
Section C
If paying by Cheque or Money Order check first box and fill details
If paying by Credit Card, the payer has to fill up form IMM5667E (
