Ok its family class but not "Sponsorship" CIS web site do not have special category for this type of case. Its like this I got married in 2008 and i came   to canada and applied for refugee. my refugee case accepted in 2009. then i was eligible to apply for PR and i applied for PR and mentioned about my wife too. after about month colombo office send PR application kit to my wife saying that she is eligible to apply for PR. she filled the application and send it with police reports in dec 2009 . they send the Acceptance letter along with the file no on january 2010 and application process started. in aug 2010 they request for wedding photos . and we send it. meanwhile july 2010 I got my PR... from that onwards we are waiting... . how ever they call this type of case as family reunion. resently i did inquery through MP office.. Answer was "File in Process". Now I applied for Caips notes and waiting for that.

Selection decision is made when processing officer completes full assessment of
the application and determines that applicant has or has not met selection
criteria. At this stage case is refused if selection decision is negative or,
if selection decision is positive case waits for the rest of tasks to be
completed (medical, criminal and background/security checks) before final
decision is made. Usually selection decision is made after the interview or in
the case of interview waiver when such is being granted
