Processing time for Quebec Skilled Worker Immigration from different countries s

How long the processing time [start(date of apply) to finish(ready to fly)] for Quebec Skilled Worker Immigration from different countries specially from Pakistan WITH PRIORITY TREATMENT AND WITHOUT PRIORITY TREATMENT?

It will be appriciable, if somebody share steps of flowchart with time period required for each step.

Pakistan applications falls under Hong kong office.i guess priority treatment will be 3-4 months and normal 6-8 months for CSQ.. also how complete is your file will have significant effects.. these are just my rough observations which i have seen from other timelines...!!

Also add time for CHC Islamabad for federal application.

i have applied for CSQ on June-2009 at Hong kong office. I received latter form Hong kong office informing that i am in queue of selection interview.so when i have interview? Interview will be in New delhi?

I have completed my Computer Engieer(4 Year) Study and My wife have completed Master of Commerce(5 Year).I am from INDIA.I passed DELF B1 from Alliance francaise and My wife have passed DELF A2. I Have 4 Year Exep in Computer Field. How is my Chance of get CSQ.?

 i was just reading a PDF which specifies the new schedule issued by quebec immigration MICC..

Go through this.. they have only mentioned Hong Kong for interview place in ASIA... i guess will have to go there...or whatever office you fall under... but to be honest even i m not sure...\

I want to ask some question regarding CSQ.
I finished MSc.computer Science and I can't see this degree in prefered list. and I got 6 in IELTS.
and I've passed DELF A2 and my wife finished A1. how much points do me and my wife will  get from language .
and how do we get points from area of training ?

Delf A2 as far as I know will get you 6 point out of 16, for your wife A1 is 1 point. Band 6 in IELTS is 4 points. For area of training you will get 6 points. So depending on age, spouse education and children you might be able to pass the 57 point to be admitted to interview.
Another thing I know from people who already went through the procedure is that TEFAQ and TCFAQ are easier and the chance to get better result is bigger  Anyways try to count your points and see how far you go!
