processing time for Occupations under Pressure

Hi All,

My employer will submit the LMO application soon at the office in Vancouver.
It's a Occupations under Pressure and if I understand correctly this will speed up the processing time.
Can anyone tell me what the LMO processing time is for Occupations under Pressure?
How long would it take to get the actual work permit after the LMO was approved?

My Working Holiday Visa will expire in sept,  my Skilled workers visa is still being processed in Berlin (since January 2007) so I will need the work permit before September. Any chance I will receive the work permit in time?
