Processing time for getting a Canadian LTWP in India

Hi,

I am from Chennai, India, I work with one of the Tier 1 IT companies in India as a Software Analyst and have an experience of 7+ years in Software itself. For an urgent Onshore assignement I have to travel to Ontario, Canada. The Job posting was made and later the LMO was filed.

My LMO was filed with the CHC on 06/30/2011. Till now am yet to get get any kind of response as to whether the LMO is Approved/Refused. The query is normally how long would it take to get the LMO Approvals/Refusals. And after that what is the process and how long would it take to get the Visa.
