Hi Friends,

let's share our timeline for canadian spouse visa in USA.
Well my case is like that
I am on H1B visa in USA.
My wife is in Canada having PR. So we applied in Mississauga center on 22 jan 2009
decision made on sponsorship on date 13 feb.
and case forwarded to Buffalo center on 13 feb.
after this my status hasn't been updated yet.

Please share your timelines so that we get an idea of processing time of our cases.

1st stage approval Feb 09, transferred to London Mar 09, passport requested July 09

Buffalo's timeline for processing spousal visas is currently 3-9 months.

Married Sept '06 after 4 yr LDR.  Applied via outland ap in March 2007 -  refused Jan '08 due to inadmissible adult "dependent child".  Appeal filed Jan '08; still waiting for resolution.
