I am desperate to know the processing time of my case.will it be the same as new applicants?My file has been trasferred from buffalo to delhi in jan 2007.I got refusal for my immigration as I could not appear in the interview due to refusal of visa for US.My medical was done just before interview date in feb 2005 and by now my medical and TOEFL score all are expired.I have good qualifying score nearly 76.
plz let me know that the next call for interview will be the same as new applicant submitted their application in Jan 2007.I hope my case will take lesser time than new applicants .plz advice
