Processing time after the medical clearance

I have applied for the Canadian immigration through the Quebec invester program, I have sen my application to damascus. The last documents that I have sent them are my police clearance papers for my self and my family, they have sent me en e-mailsaying that they will be sending the medical clearanance request, nad the right of landing fees this week, but mail usualy takes longs and it sould be taking 2-3 weeks. Please tell me when should I be expecting to get my visa afte the midical clerance
