Hi:

PMM is an expert,he gave you the site to read from it the steps explained in a very clear way......

To answer  briefly, they check 7 points...in other words, the completeness of the documents.....if it's ok,they will issue the 2nd AOR...IF NO====REHECTED.

I advise u to read OP1
