Hi,

We want to process PR. My husband is in canada since last sep for office assignment. But according to the new rule, IT people cannot process PR. So what can be done in this case? Are there any other options which can be explored. Pls suggest.

that way it is good. Now as per the rule changed last year april 2010. IT skilled workers cannot apply for PR, but after reading the links, they say its going to change in july 2011 as there r elections. Is that right?

Nothing is assured unless happens.

If your husband can get job offer from Canadian market, he becomes eligible to apply for PR immediately. Ask him to get benefit of situation and look around for job.
