Hi,
i have received a letter saying that"We are pleased to inform you that processing of your application has ben completed. The cnada Immigration centre in Vancouver will contact you concerning your Permanent Resident Status.

Can anyone please tell me if i can still be interviewed.

CIC reserves the right for an interview up to the time of "landing", There are two outcomes with the letter, either it will be an interview to determine the bonafides of the relationship if it is a spousal, or it will be a landing interview, where you will be "landed"

If you had specified what category that you applied under, spousal, H.& C., refugee etc, a better guess could be made.
