PROCESSIN FEES & RPRF

Hi guys,

I just sent my complete application kit to CIO, sydney, Nova Scotia yesterday. I have applied under MPNP family support stream, I got my LOA on 15th Nov dated 31st oct 2011, my timeline is on the left side. I contacted MPNP and they said I had to submit my documents to CIO even though I got my LOA before Dec 1 and in the letter it says I had to send it to CHC, New Delhi, I had to gather documents which is why it took me so long to send my documents. I see that a lot of people have sent their RPRF fees along with the processing fee, but as per the new document checklist, we need to submit a fee payment form and it has the provision only for paying the application processing fees. So, I just sent that, so when do we have to send the RPRF? Is it after getting medical and PPR? Please let me know. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Cheers

Now you just wait for medical request and once you finish your medical you please send your medical receipt which you will get from the perticul hospital at wher you will undergo for medical test and along with that you must send your passport original and RPRF fees so that it consume your time of around one month otherwise they will request you for passport and RPRF and than you send them which will take your process long to one more month in actual time period so better to send RPRF and Passport while you send your medical receipt

Hopefully you will received medical request letter in next 20-25 days from now

i have sent my complete documents to CIO last 28 December 2011 that includes processing fee and RPRF because, according to the checklist they encouraged applicants to sent RPRF together with the processing fee at one time to reduce processing time.. regards.

thanks for that, but i guess it is ok to send the processing fee to CIO and give the RPRF along with MR and PPR request. I see from your profile that you and I have the same timeline... which stream have u applied under?? Looking forward to hearing from u .. cheers

i am under general stream... there will be no problem if your send you RPRF at a later stage.. regards,

So that the status can be tracked online

I posted my application to CIO, sydney, Nova Scotia on 24-Dec-2011 and it reached to ther office on 28-Dec-2011

I have no idea, i guess we would be some of the first few under the PNP to send the documents to CIO, I sent mine on 29th, but it still has not reached NS, hopefully it should reach sometime today or tomorrow.

same with me, i sent my application to NS last 29th december but, due to the holidays my document is still intransit going to NS..aramex informed me that it eill be delivered tomorrow to the consignee... all the best for all of us. God bless.

If the file is created by CIO you can track it online by using your UCI as well.

From what I was told from MPNP they said CIO does quality check and then sends the docs to d concerned visa office for processing .. So don't really know what to expect .. I hope we can get an AOR or something from CIO to confirm receipt .. Cheers
