Like i got approval for my simplified application in February my profession falls in 2113 (geology/petrophysict), i will be sending all the documents as per the guidelines by end of march, if everything with regards to documents went fine, do you think i will get my PR before end of this year provided medical went fine too?

I was reading on same forum that selected professions in which my profession also falls, will be given priority and application will be processed with in 6 to 12 months.

Any idea or advice

That's what the Ministerial Instructions determine, but nobody knows exactly if it will work that way. Only time will tell.

I think people who applied between Feb 08 and Nov 08, might not get that 6 to 12 month processing times. Especially who applied earlier in the period. Their application may only have gotten started to be processed earliest in Dec, which mean 9 months had already gone.

Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon
