Hi All,

I got a permanent job offer from an employer based in Montreal and i would like to know what is the process that should I follow to apply for a PR. The present status is that the employer has already started the process of work permit and expecting that WP will be issued by March 1st week. I'm based in Toronto, Canada and was here on a work permit.

1. Should I apply under FSW or Quebec-selected Skilled Worker? Which category gives flexibility in terms of moving from Province to diff Province.? Does getting a PR under Quebec-selected Skilled Worker bounds you to stay for a minimum years in Quebec?

2. Can I apply for a PR even before I get a work permit based on the job offer letter (FSW under AEO)?

3. Also if you can suggest links and documents for the processes will be very helpful.

Thanks
