Does anybody know what the process for PR is like in Mexico ? How long it takes ? Do they waive a lot of interviews ?

I am from Mexico City, the entire process for my immigration into
Canada took 26 Months, and my interview waived.

Does it really take that long ? How many points did you score ? Right now I barely score the 67 points required for PR card.
