Process after PSDEC

so what happens after PSDEC (Paper Screening Decision) is done? Do i get file number immediately or what is the duration? Can anyone elaborate about the steps that goes there after and also the duration of each step of processing. Also I'm not very clear about 1st AOR and 2nd AOR. when is 1st AOR sent. Seniors please help me understanding the process. Thanks a lott. I'm not sure about similar posts already put in here.

Also i'm sending all the documents except pcc to CIO. So when will they ask for pcc? Is it after receiving 1st AOR or 2nd AOR? and also how much time do they give us for submitting pcc under new rules? Because i heard that getting pcc from usa takes 2-3 months.
