8-10 weeks after medical results received, plus longer if an interview is required.  Most LCPs have an interview.  http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/processing-traitement.aspx

Thanks but it's taking a lot of time..i thought the 8 to 10 weeks covers when i first sent my app. THey actually write on the letter they sent me on my medical request that it will take 10 working days after the medical division received the results from the medical doctor.

Hello! Can you tell me how long did you wait before you got medical forms from London Visa Office? Did you send your application by mail?

Thanks a lot!

Hi!!

Application sent march 30, 2011
Letter for medical received may 13
Visa received july 15

Yay!! Congratulations!! Smiley Good luck in Canada!

And thanks a lot for your quick answer and update-it was really importatnt for me. My application was delivered on July 5th. I didn't realize it takes them such a long time to proceed the case..

One more question: did they call to interview you? Oh and did you get any letter of acknowledgment from visa office just after submission? Or the first time you heard from them was invitation for medical exam? Thanks again:)
