Do you mean that only you are applying for residency and that you are not including your family members in your application?
Or is it your plan to land without your family in the beginning but they will follow you on a later date?

There is a form to list additional family members like parents and siblings. These people do not need PCC and medical, they are not accompanying you and they couldn't even if you wanted them to. If they wanted to go to Canada, they would have to apply on their own.
There is a different form to fill out details for your immediate family, that is your spouse and kids. You can list your spouse and kids as accompanying or non-accompanying. They would need a medical but if you are single and have no kids, this is not an issue for you.

Dear cool
You do not need that Statutory Declration. That declaration is only for Spouse and dependent children not accompanying you, as you are still single, probably you will not have a spouse No photos for rest of your family..

hi all, what if someone doesn't accompany his daughter who is living with her divorced mother, does he need to include her Birth Certificate and photoes? and if yes, what if he doesn't have them? regards,

If somebody is applying for immigration to Canada and he has a daughter who is not coming with him, he needs to list her as a non-accompanying family member. Ideally, she should also have a medical but if the mother has full custody and forbids it, he will never be able to sponsor his daughter to Canada in the future. He should have some photos of her? If the mother refuses him photos, he will have to go with what he has and write a letter with his application to explain it.

Hello,
I am a newbie as well. On the requirement for non-accompanying family members declaration, I would like to enquire if I can put in an application for my daughter alone without my spouse.

Yes, you can. However, I am not sure if you can claim point, if any, for adaptation.

You can leave your wife out if you are separated.
