So my fiance is from Brasil and her Student Visa runs out in October. We are hoping to marry before it runs out so we can both stay living together. We both really dont want her to leave! Any suggestions would be ideal.  Thanks!

Marry her and file for spousal sponsorship within Canada,She gets to stay until her case is decided upon.Cheers
